On Tuesday, April 1, former Granada Hills Charter High School standout Chandler Martin’s current college team, the Delaware State Hornets, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Towson Tigers.
The game took place at Tiger Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 2 p.m. at DSU Softball Field against Bowie State Bulldogs.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The upcoming week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature these former North San Fernando Valley area high school athletes.
