Former Bishop Alemany High School standout Kate Hackney contributed to her collegiate team, the Smith Pioneers, in their 73-55 victory over the Union Garnet Chargers on Friday, March 6, during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest was held at Alumni Gymnasium at 4:45 p.m., marking the team’s initial tournament matchup against the Union Garnet Chargers.
Smith Pioneers are scheduled to play their next game on Saturday, March 7 at 7:15 p.m. at Alumni Gymnasium.
