On Saturday, April 12, former John F. Kennedy High School standout Trinity Jones Estrada’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 20-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Buffalo Bulls.
The game took place at Nan Harvey Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulls this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 4 p.m. at Mary M. Bell Field against Bradley Braves.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The upcoming week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature these former North San Fernando Valley area high school athletes.
