Parnian Djafarzadeh, aka Parnian Clark, aka Saundra Djafarzadeh, pleaded guilty to possessing stolen mail, filing a false claim, and committing wire fraud in connection with a multi-year tax fraud scheme, announced United States Attorney David L.
