On Tuesday, April 1, former John F. Kennedy High School standout Trinity Jones Estrada’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at First Merchants Ballpark Complex. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Mary M. Bell Field against Bowling Green Falcons.
