On Monday, March 24, former Sylmar Charter High standout Matthew Benzor’s current college team, the Saint Martin’s Saints, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.
The game took place at Saints Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Nighthawks this season.
The Saints’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at WOU Baseball Field against Western Oregon Wolves.
