On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Bishop Alemany High School standout Kaelyn Freed’s current college team, the Sacred Heart Pioneers, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Runnin’ Bulldogs this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at Hunt Softball Park against Elon Phoenix.
