John F. Kennedy High School standout Maya Ramirez’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, Feb. 15

On Saturday, Feb. 15, former John F. Kennedy High School standout Maya Ramirez’s current college team, the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.

The game took place at Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Leathernecks this season.

The Roadrunners’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 12 p.m. at Roadrunner Softball Complex against Pacific Tigers.
