On Sunday, March 2, former Granada Hills Charter High School standout Easton Hawk’s current college team, the UCLA Bruins, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the USC Trojans.
The game took place at Jackie Robinson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Trojans this season.
The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 5 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Stadium against Michigan Wolverines.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
The upcoming week starting Monday, Sept. 8 will feature these former North San Fernando Valley area high school athletes.
